If true that not only shows what an arrogant bunch of useless b's they are but is also illegal.
Any letter of interest from any bank putting in writing a potential offer of credit must be announced.
Since it has been published in a major financial newspaper, imo they are obligated to put out a statement, period!!!!
This board & management never cease to disgust me with their arrogance & failure to communicate with shareholders.
