I would much prefer the raise in this manner if they can get it done at 2c rather than a traditional raise which would dilute the crap out of this register!
$1.5m at .003 would result in another 500m shares issued if they could have done it at that without any free options.
Just need to see what news comes out from now, as a holder wouldn't you much rather 250m shares issued at 2c for $5m over a on market raise now?
