Look at the components. A million dollar base plus short and long term incentives linked to shareholder aligned goals….unlike what has been incorrectly implied here previously ($4M base).
David brings a lot to the table - as evidenced by his participation in a number of top level meetings in Argentina very recently. Also consider that his previous role gave him a salary package of $7M+ and, although for a much larger Company, it demonstrates the kind of value David brings to his role at Lake.
IMO, David’s contributions at high level will become much more apparent through the next 6-12 months where the benefits of how he is positioning the Company will be far more visible.
