The only problem I see is if PLS have made it a part of the current agreement that we do not release the DFS (Not sure if this is the case though, but other comments on HC point to something along those lines), then any other potential bidder may not have the 6 or so months that PLS had to do their due diligence and without access to the DFS, may not be able to make an informed decision on whether to bid or not.
Hope that makes sense.
I personally am holding out in the hope of another offer being put on the table, but I am not confident. I am a bit of a pessimist though.
