Oh yeah I know what it is - it's a short course of chemo used to essentially kill off T-Cells, that is a part of a persons immune system, just before the Car-T dose. It aint great, (I mean killing off part of your immune system is not great long term) would be better if avoided, however it's a necessary step for Car-T. And Im sure the people who got CR's are pretty happy with it.
