I don't think Land 400 is going to be that material. Delivery from circa 2027 and only 129 RWS units is around a $100m contract that is far far away.
Im not so sure Canada was a failure and you can infer the reference that other systems did better- the Sandbox grants are for Canadian companies so EOS may not have been eligible for the "diamond in the rough" prize winners. In every testing environment EOS is stating they come out on top and better than rivals in the same cost segment. I mean the CEO mentioned a Canadian contract they intend to fulfill shortly so cant have been that bad.
I think Mr Market is being very rational atm until EOS delivers on the sales pipeline and gets out of this debt overhang.
