Company is getting a good price no doubt but what are we getting? 1/3 of sale price this is the issue. New ppt going to be debt free and it is going to the moon, all are just guessing game. Total ASX fund management businesses market cap has shrank from $16.4 billion to 4.5 billion in last 4 to 5 years. Way too much risk unless sp goes upto $27 before separation vote.
