All I'll say is that it's about time to start paying attention as those quantities purchased in the last month have increased significantly since I last looked a couple months ago.
As usual the best time to buy is when there is minimal activity and hype, though can go both ways I'd be leaning towards a small parcel at the first sniff of volume as it could get to 17c in reasonably quick time.
Not at all to say that there aren't some concerns but if you're looking at small caps at all then a small risk investment go possibly do worse elsewhere.
