TA 101......identifying repeating price patterns/trends.
The NEU share price action continues to seek out, and test, TERTIARY support/resistance levels .....$16.08c., $15.08c.,$14.08c......and their related mid points......$15.58c., $14.58c., $13.58c.(?)

The bigger WEEKLY, PRIMARY up trend lr chart.
Although not an avid Mr. Fibonacci fan, it never ceases to amaze how often (usually in hindsight) these particular price patterns do become self-fulfilling.
FWIW...... 38.2% is @ ~$16.08c........50% is @ ~ $13.08c......and 61.8% is @ ~ $10.08c.
