iStent does look pretty easy to insert and easy to pitch, the need to put multiple so they won't get blocked is an issue but easy to say, just in case since the things are so small. No lasting damage and improved drainage is a good sell point for iTrack. Honestly the biggest drawback is the need/want of proctoring to learn how to do the procedures. Should be less of an issue with time and why they are investing in taking their operators around to talk about the procedures and how to perform them.
iStent is like 25x the sales though, iTrack advance sales are a rounding error, most users for iTrack advance had used iTrack I believe originally at first so there would be far less combination procedures as it was a convoluted procedure before. Combo MIGS would be less likely as these are physicians doing a less profitable procedure because they think it is even though it is going to earn them less money or because then they can say they have another skill in the toolset
