Hi my name is Jmap and I am a victim of financial abuse. Every day I watch microcap boards collude with brokers in a direct conflict of interest by making business decisions that essentially throw their own shareholders under the bus for personal gain.
What can we done to this system so we can ensure our children do not suffer the same fate? Does asic and asx need to be class actioned for allowing widespread organised crime? Do you sense something bigger at play too?
There has been much talk in parliament on what to do with ASIC. They have failed miserably at a basic job of taking down scum bag criminals. Should we all spam the politicians until one bites? Should we enquire into the underbelly of the asic leadership? Something must be done to stop the widespread rape and rape is what it is.
I attempt to bring attention to what I see happening throughout this space but I just get blasted and blamed for being an emotional gambling degenerate. Another sign of an abusive relationship is to blame the victim and make them think they're the problem. I think the asx is the problem and asic does nothing.
The current plan is to delete asic and create 2 entities I personally don't think this will do anything.
The problem lays in the legislation my good people. If the role is too broad and punishment too soft we end up exactly here where an exchange is being controlled by criminal entities. How sad
