Agreed Optrader. They lost a cool 10% at least selling at 2.55.
I have sinking feeling they (FF) are going to take this back to 2.66, as close as possible to that gap.
If they wanted to get a good price for their stake I am sure they could have negotiated a buyback with Telstra which would have fetched a better price than what they are getting on market. But I think egos are too big at FF to talk to TLS management. It seems they are selling their stake on market out of spite rather than any concern for the wellbeing of civil servants whose pensions and super they are supposed to pay. Never knew these egos could be so big as to cost a nation like ours billions. Billions. Only for the sake of ego. If it isn't ego, then it must be something the FF knows that the rest of the market doesn't.
