With All HONESTY -- I will admit -- when the EXR share price rallied last week to over 17cents, after hitting a 52week high of 20cents the previous week (before some profit taking) -- I was disheartened that I had not purchased MORE EXR shares along the way -- especially Earlier this year when they were Under SIX Cents.
Yes EXR is a speculation Stock . We know - there are NO GUARANTEES....
However --- on a De-Risking scale -- This is the best position EXR has been in for Years --with Grandis almost there, The New Allotment (on the same seismic path) -- and Mongolia in a dewatering operation whilst we wait -- just seems to all the pieces seem to be falling into place...
I assumed the Bottom of the Market had been and gone-- but I am quite happy to accumulate a few more EXR while i have another chance--
