As a German, I think there is no real chance that the far right AfD gets into the Gouvernement on federal level.
they would need a coalition with a different party which they will not get, since the others know what it would mean to there voters base if they play with an nazi party. If they do you would need to worry about different things then VUL.
And CDU (conservatives) with there’re sister party CSU have to many connections into the auto industry to do them any harm here.
CSU alone would prevent this since they always look for a benefit for Bavaria, the home base of BMW.
