Here is the main point, if you meet the regulatory requirements or show clearly you are moving to rectify the missteps, they've got nothing on you and you don't have to go onto your knees. If you continue to avoid meeting those requirements guess what, it's their job to put you on your knees because that is what the public demands of them. Some may argue the regulator failed at their job, well they are now, as we can all see, publicly working to correct those failures. SGR management should be playing that publicity game, show the public that they are clearly moving to rectify their missteps.
