An important point and the wild card in all this.
As largely a controlled economy the Chinese appear happy to lose on the mining side as can make back on the battery/refining side so that come out whole in the end, this potentially will also drive some of the international lithium minders to the wall or to mothball projects. A real risk at some stage and is that start buying up international lithium miners at depressed levels with shareholders happily accepting now an offer at a fraction of the price that they would have previously. Not really a level playing field I'm afraid.
