Think about .....page after page in the PFS was the rational for predicting a higher fluorspar price....included lot's on China and the fact that it is now importing, which amongst others was included as one of the premises for using a high forward price to make the project potentially economic.....fundamental economics....read the PFS for yourself and let me know if you need any more help
