Well to answer your question, logic needs to be considered. Looking at changes in the last week in isolation, a layperson would no doubt scratch their head on why company shares are not jumping.
however, if one is too look at the current material prices in relation to prices over the short medium and longer terms as well as where they are currently in relationship to historical highs and lows, the answer is self explanatory.
