ausheds' claim that the CCP suddenly wants to balance the global economy is either ignorant or it is propaganda for Xi. He made his claim on the basis of the merest drop in growth rate of REE exports. The math does not support his claim, as I have shown.
Why EddieB feels the need to insert himself in the discussion? Rhetorical question; we all know why.
