There may be a small fine in the thousands. Their survival depends on multiple factors whether they can get a tax reprieve from governments, whether they can get additional financing. They need to create a clear path to all operations being at least break even or positive NPAT. If there is no tax reprieve in NSW this will make it necessary for targeted large job losses in NSW likely at least 1000 positions.
