Love your optimism, but you can’t compare STX with EXR.
1. They have more projects
2. They are producing
3. They are building power generation assets too
I do agree that EXR can walk the same path as STX.
If you wanted to compare, let’s look at what the catalysts for a re-rate were at STX.
