To me looks like it’s wds. The Namibian government probably not interested in them becoming another big player in the area. that’s why some over there trying to suck hole but really doing sweet stuff all.
out of all the news and exploration that has come through there in the last say 3 years everyone is moving along nicely. Question is why not us????
