Last time I spoke to Mark he assured me that they had sufficient funds to cover the settlement without raising anything.
He also said the SPP was to leave them on solid ground for a bright future as well as allowing the loyal shareholders to average down.
The share price took major knock during the SPP due to holder of 6m (odd) having to liquidate their entire portfolio.
Obviously some lemmings followed.
If your a holder and have any doubts e-mail or phone Mark, he is a very approachable CEO.
