Pinnacles:

2015: "The Agreement includes an Ore Sale and Purchase Agreement,whereby any future ore mined from the Project tenement will bepurchased by [NST] for processing through its 2.4Mtpa CILprocessing plant at Carosue Dam – 13km to the north of the projectarea."

2020: "Due to the pre-existing ore sale and purchase agreement with [NST], there is minimal capital expenditure required to initiate mining,with any ore mined to be processed through [NST]’s Carosue DamOperation."

And here we are with a tremendously higher gold price with a contractually obliged buyer for the ore... Great grades at Pinnacles too.
