Well sh*t on me. Is doing nothing the same as using all my existing shares to buy new shares, or is there some action I should be taking here? I feel like Andrew Garfield in that Facebook movie.
The offer states 1 new share for every 4.024 existing (at a value of 5.3c), describes how to buy additional new shares and so on, then says if I do nothing my shares will be diluted. Four to one is already dilution, isn't it?
