, bad data leads to bad decisions.for me it would depend on what the chart says, if i missed the 5 c, and could see it was either the bottom or close to it, and i really wanted in ,yes i would take the 7 cents
all depends on your circumstances, as we are all on different paths of life i have discovered over time, charting does give you a heads up, as before an announcement, 90% of the time it shows up on a chart as the ones in the know buy/sell before announcement .
So for everyone that trades i feel it is mandatory to learn how to chart, it takes time till you know what you want on your chart and have the confidence to play it,wont happen over night, but it will, and you will end up a lot richer for it
incredible charts have a free charting package to learn of.. and very good data, which is also very important and some don't
