GR Australia has the asx market index which lists co's market cap. I believe telstra is number 12. The US has mega companies and many hence the dow jones top 30,S&P top 500 and nasdaq which is mainly tech co's but covers some other sectors. Just of interest maybe for some,telstra/Thodey or Penn listed autohome on the nasdaq and eventually sold out.Autohome has a market cap of US $3.2 billion.Trujillo acquired autohome in 2008. above is my understanding.
