The market looks at this as a massive vote of no confidence in CGF. Also it removes any possibility of a takeover, which long suffering holders like me had been hoping for. Simply the company has been delivering solid results the last two years but the market just doesn't like it or understand it. They are paying millions each year to an investor relations team which has failed miserably.
