Cap raise was actually a compulsory part of the deal with Meteoric if you go back and read the announcement. The staff have also forgone salary in lieu of options to preserve capital. So despite most of what you say being accurate I can't fault them on a few things and its the commodity price thats gone against them in both cases which is fundamentally out of their control.
Doesn't mean I will be tipping in for the Cap raise though.
