Obviously I was being a tad flippant.

It is an interesting topic though about directors buying/selling on market. Some get very anxious or hung up in the phenomena and it affects their sentiment and assessment of the company concerned. Certainly some directors' transactions are on the nose and may leave a bad taste.

Let's take your point that in the case of PTX director buying on market is quote " FA".

However, take that in context and look at a snap comparison of some numbers when directors buy ( or sell ) on market with relevance to the company Market Capitalisation. ( numbers approx at time of posting).

I would politely suggest that the on market purchaese at PTX are on a reasonable expectation in proportion to MC. aimo.

There are some very big successful companies where directors have not purchased a single share on market and have relied on performanace bonuses to make a dollar.dyor.

IMO, investing in Bio pennystocks is really a pursuit for long term believers/investors or short term swing traders having a good old punt. I am not sure where you fit but I see you like the day traders forum.

PH is an investor in several bios related to cancer research/meds so I guess he is a believer. Im just here waiting for the bar to open.
