    So Debt Facility finishes in May 26 and the penalty repayment clause finishes in May 25(I think) Assume they do another $100m sales in the next 12 months that leaves c200+ m on the loan (not all goes to debt repayment)
    Assume that is refinanceable, but the interest rate will be much higher and the entity becomes even more cashlfow negative. Why don't they sell everything mid dnext year and repatriate the cash?
