That's not how markets work mate.
The market has been looking forward to rate cuts and economic conditions improving for about 12 months now.
If you haven't noticed most companies are reporting little to no growth. You can't have these same companies trading on P/E's at 30+ without a lot of optimisim built into the future.
Risks are weighted to the downside in a big way now.
