    SNG will still be indirectly involved in the development of the Reefton Gold project (by RUA) through 30.2% ownership of all RUA shares! The proceeds of this $20M transaction to settle/be finalised by November 2024. SNG already received $1M payment in July with a further $1M to be received by October/November.
