This is an absolute steal imo. You get a producing asset in Maldon and potential company maker in its own right in WA all for an enterprise value of 13mn. Have I got something wrong here? Will be capped at $25mn with $12mn in the bank. Potentially wont have to raise again because Maldon will be the cash cow to fund the WA exploration.
