And the answer to that question is simple: nothing. Why should we? This is not a TO. It was a way for someone to profit with this situation. And you are right, the legal team must be scratching their heads trying to justify: 1) how to sell the same thing for two very different prices; 2) that is not insider trading.
Then again, beside us, who cares if this ever trades again?
