Yep i already stated in the hf24 ann that its been 2 years now since the mine and plant have been open and running and its been nothing but US kept in the dark while they throw more money at fixing and modifying, should not take over 2 years to have it up to name plate as this isnt a new technology theres been shtloads of companies filtering and cleaning sand across the world for a bloody long time, and as for the annual salary increase its an f ing joke mate, u want a performance rights increase then give us performance not just a helping hand me down from bro. I put my vote in last year and itll be the same this year and i gaurentee yours is the same as mine will be. More people need to grow a pair and starting voicing on here like we are.
