    No idea why Howard is getting the "blame" (maybe it was Kennet)

    Also agree that there is no reference to Howard and doesn't appear to have anything to do with him, so not sure what Finnet is on about there. Can you please clarify further, Finnet?

    From reading the above link, I also agree with Cerhob that it seems to be an issue with the ATO and that any sort of political activity was not permitted with charity status. Obviously the high court has now changed these rules for the ATO.
