don’t be mean spirited, their are of many pump artist on HC , W3 Hunter isn’t one of them . If you look at the history W3 makes Zero recommendations . He’s s simply laying open his technical thoughts as to when he might enter / or not.
Using a Malcolm Turnbull saying, HC is a broad church and pretty much accepts all comers who act in good faith, some best to sit on judgments for a bit, they may end up wrong.
