Hi,
I do not currently own BSI shares but i am a little confused at the price and was wondering if someone could clarify some questions for me.
Why does BSI have a market capitalization of $2 million when it has Net Assets of $10.6 million ($29 mill assets, $18 million liabilities)?
I thought market cap had to be at least over net assets (because the company could simply liquidate their assets and wind up the company and give back more than the stock is worth)?
The only reason i could think of is that the assets are not liquid or salable.
Thoughts anyone? I would appreciate any comments.
