Doubtfully because they hold around 38% of advent.
Advent in turn 85% pep, Bligh 15%.
If bph brings in partner, they would dilute there position in advent and may loose control.
When advents debt to mec converts to equity, bph will get diluted in pep.
So only option is equity raise I feel.
