lol I think people need to 'read between the lines'.

rcman comparing his purchasing share price ex-dividend, to the dividend vs share price yesterday (ie share price day before going ex, yes get the dividend, but also suffer the share price loss as the share goes ex-dividend).

With 32k posts, I am confident that rcman knows about ex-dividend dates.

So effectively rcman's commentary is that he more than 'captured' the dividend through the share price reduction on ex-dividend day.

In reference to the 80c dividend, and this is only a guess on my behalf, the reference is for the guestimated 1st dividend in CY2025 (ie march 2025). But this part is a guess on my side.

As to the rest of his posts, he is taking the p***s out of those posters that are taking him literally, again just a guess on myside.
