    The way i see it is that everyone has the same entitlement offer hence no dilution if you subscribe . I subscribed as I only have a modest parcel and i don't like being forced into minimum dollar (eg$1000) raises. Hence, i have spent that which I prefer to "risk" and that amount only. The zero brokerage fee is not an issue to me. Good luck with your decision. Keith
