    There's a story -- in this case it was a prescription from a GP for an anti inflammatory.
    It was all the rage back in the 90's before it got withdrawn from market due to the established link between it and fatal heart attacks.

    Anyway, it was all too late for a good buddy, he had been on the drug for 6 or so months -- ripped his achilles playing tennis --, when he had a heart attack.
    He survived the first one and his doctor immediately stopped the .friggin drug, can't remember what it was called just now . So he complains to me that he still needed the anti inflammatory but the next morning he was dead from another heart attack.

    It was a big mystery at the time, he was fit and healthy and 40 , and it wasn't for another year or so that the drug was withdrawn from market so there was no link at the time -- at least to us.

    But the doctor knew .
    And as I said, it was another year or more until the drug was withdrawn
