Pure speculation....I think the FDA will expedite approval because preliminary data is very strong and it would allow the US to stockpile BTM in multiple war zones. It is inexpensive, easily transported and stored, and has demonstrated exceptional clinical outcomes. The risk/reward profile is highly favorable.
