I believe there is not so much debt. Let's say 1.3 million.
Regarding that offer, and assuming it was real, I do believe it will stand up (even in a diminished form).
The asset (Sturec) is good. In the right hands, it would be developed and would make money.
In a sense, I don't think Gino is a bad person. Sloppy, for sure. I won't say what I think regarding Russell. Which I do believe is still pulling... you know.
