If completing the main equity raising and FID is THE focus, why:
1. Are ongoing IPMT and ECI works necessary?
2. Are ESG, technology and business development and exploration activities necessary?
3. Is $25 million required as a "retained cash liquidity buffer"? Yes, $25,000,000!!
4. Are 2 directors appointed who only have engineering experience?
5. Was the only director with project financing experience "retired"?
So many questions. No answers. Just silence from the Chairman, and obfuscation and gaslighting of justifiably concerned shareholders by the CEO.
