they should now tell us why are they adding new people and what they will do to get results and how come they did not know before hand that they wanted them, its ridiculous I plan 2 years ahead before taking up new resource into my team and its not even fraction what these new guys in IMU are making,fckg get some car sales man they will do better job than these fancy PHDs (they are not even real doctors), that looked some mumbo jumbo to me.. this is serious
