We can't even agree to listen to them and their ideas. Which you would think is step 1.
I do agree however that we need to incentivize their youth to leave dysfunctional environments. But those ideas and how to do that needs to come from the communities who would be supporting their own children to leave. I am sure plenty of indigenous bodies and plenty of ideas and things to say on the subject.
If only there was some sort of body with a voice we could go to ?
