Hello. All that matters is the share price has fallen from 25 cents or so when Rick was discussing MEI down to 8.5 cents today. That is a fall of around 66%.
If MEI must issue shares for 37.5% of the CAPEX, that is lots & lots of dilution. MEI is currently valued at $200M yet 37.5% of the CAPEX is AUD$227M
