As Jervois Global Limited is an Australian incorporated company in which these 2.7bil shares have been issued - it will be the eventual liquidator of the parent company that will issue a statement to the effect there is no value left in this entity and only then can the remaining shareholders be entitled to claim a tax loss on their investment. Again this could be twelve months down the track from here if a deal cannot be done with the Bond Holder to somehow rescue the situation.
